Hyundai Motors India Limited has launched its first ever compact sedan, Xcent in the automobile market. This is a five seater compact sedan, which is offered with both petrol and diesel engine options. Hyundai India has appointed the Bollywood superstar Shahrukh Khan as the Brand Ambassador for its compact sedan Hyundai Xcent.
This latest car is available in three variants - Base, S and SX. The Base is priced at Rs 4.66 lakh for the petrol, while the diesel version costs Rs 5.56 lakh. The S petrol costs Rs 5.32 lakh, and the S (O) petrol is priced at Rs 5.57 lakh. The S diesel, on the other hand, costs Rs 6.23 lakh while the S (O) diesel is priced at Rs 6.98 lakh. The company has designed it brilliantly and integrated it with some dazzling exterior aspects. The manufacturer has used the same 1.1-litre diesel and 1.2-litre petrol engines as the ones used in Grand i10. The engines are equipped with five-speed manual transmissions.

Exteriors
This car is blessed with a robust style body that catches attention at the first look itself. The company has used a lot of chrome mainly in its front and rear segments to make its profile more eye-catching. It has a wide windscreen that is bundled with two wipers. Headlight looks stylish in a swept back design and is incorporated with high strength beam-lamps. It has a bumper which is similar to its body colour and is fitted with an air dam that has chrome surrounded to it. Apart from these, compact sedan is designed with an overall length of 3995 mm and has a decent width of 1660 mm.
Interiors
The interiors of this Hyundai Xcent are made up in a classy manner with two tone beige and black color scheme. The cabin is quite large that is good one, and can accommodate at least five passengers. The seats are well-cushioned and covered with fabric upholstery. The Hyundai Xcent has a neatly designed dashboard that flaunts good quality materials. It also has many utility-based features including a spacious glove box, rear seat centre arm-rest with cup holders and several other elements. Apart from this, the manufacturer has loaded a number of comfort elements in this compact sedan.
