For portability and convenience Andromium, a new company recently founded - has launched an application bearing the same name as the Company has. The company claims that “this product can avoid the fate of its forefathers by piggybacking popular devicesâ€. The Andromium wants to give you a real desktop experience, to the extent of your squeezing ability to use it as a smart phone as well.
Andromium, as a matter of fact, is a combination of both hardware and software. The product is priced at $35. In this package one gets a palm-sized charging cradle with an HDMI port on the back. The company also provides access to "Andromium OS" as an app in the Google Play Store. There is therefore no need of rooting your Smartphone or load a custom ROM. The easy way to use this software is to simply install the app, slap your phone in the cradle and it will automatically switch over to a full desktop-style experience.
