Apple announced that it was building its own Smartwatch, fans of wearables around the world waiting eagerly to see what the company would deliver. As you all know Apple has a status for it excellence, and it seems that the company is waiting to deliver a superior gadget that makes previous products from other companies look completely different by comparison.
According to a new report that indicates the Apple Watch will be featuring a processing power and a fluid, 60Hz display. But it is said that it would not deliver much in the way of battery life. 9to5 Mac is claiming that the CPU inside the Watch is close in power to the Apple A5 and running a stripped-down version of iOS known as SkiHill. If the given report is true then, this would put the Watch in the rank of the Smartphoneâs. There are many other competitor products in the market, who have adopted quad-core chips based on the Cortex-A7, or dual-core CPUs with embedded accelerators like the Cortex-M family. According to 9to5 iWatch will offer 2.5 hours of heavy application use, 3.5 hours of standard application use, and four hours when the device is used in straight fitness tracking applications mode.
Apple has also done stress-testing with the battery life using pre-bundled and third-party applications. Apple is targeting 2.5 hours of âheavyâ application use, such as processor-intensive game-play, or 3.5 hours of standard app use. The company has conducted numerous tests to determine how long it can run purely in time-keeping modes. So please stay connected with us to know more about the Apple product.
