Indian mobile manufacturing company Celkon launched on Wednesday the Millennia Epic Q550 Smartphone with a price tag of Rs. 10,499. This mobile phone is available for buying from major Smartphone retailers and e-commerce websites in India. The company claims that Epic is one of the slimmest models around in the category yet.
The Epic Q550 is a dual-SIM Smartphone that runs on Android 4.4 KitKat. The gadget features a 5.5-inch - 720x1280 pixels HD OGS display and is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core Cortex-A7 processor that is equipped with 1GB of RAM. It also comes with 16 GB of inbuilt storage memory, which is further expandable via micro SD card up to 64GB. This handset supports an 8-megapixel auto-focus rear camera with LED flash, while there is a 2-megapixel front-facing camera. As far as connectivity options are concerned the Epic Q550 features Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, 3G, GPRS/ EDGE, Micro-USB, and Bluetooth. The gadget is powered by a 3500 mAh battery. The company claims that the battery has a capacity of three days on standby mode. Celkon also flaunts its Millennia Epic Q550 featuring an 8mm thick unibody build.
