Nvidia has been quitely releasing its Tegra 4 devices and one of them is the EVGA Note 7. EVGA, a popular graphics card manufacturer decided to widen its glory by colaborating with Nvidia and so there you have it, Note 7. A 7inch Tablet that's powered by the latest Nvidia Tegra 4 chip and some software goodies, this is available for under $200($199 to be exact). Check out the review.
Not quite sure why Nvidia and EVGA decided to make a tablet but one thing they did - add in a stylus and make it a "Note" tablet. The 7 inch moniker is an LCD LED backlit display with 1280 x 800 pixels bringing in 215ppi. A stylus comes with the tablet and the screen pressure sensitive, just like the Galaxy Note series. The tablet boasts the latest Nvidia Tegra 4 CPU which is 4-plus-1 Cortex A15 processor and a insane 72 core GeForce GPU. All that power trembles a little due to 1GB RAM, should have been 2GB since its a standard now. The 4-plus-1 CPU architecture was last seen in the Nvidia Tegra 3 chip but the processors have evolved and so therefore possess the more power and are more power efficient Coretx A15. The 12core GPU in the Tegra 3 also sees an upgrade and boy isn't this an upgrade then what is! From 12 core to 72 core, Nvidia sure does know how to upgrade.

The tablet runs stock Android 4.2.2 which will recieve OTA updates from Nvidia only. Note 7 also features a 5MP HDR (Always On HDR) camera which does very well when compared some of the cameras on tablets we've seen so far. Video recording goes for 1080p @ 30fps. For video chats you get a VGA front facer which is quite good too. Now talking about the most important feature of the tablet - the stylus, Note 7 does have some of its home-brewed apps from Nvidia but the gestures and the techniques are not the ones you find on the Galaxy Note series. But nonetheless, the pen feature is quite welcome in the 7inch tablet space and makes for a more sensible addon. When it comes to gaming, 72 cores jumps into action and the experience is quite pleasing with all the other extra graphics but sometimes a slight hint of frame drop is observed. This might be the place where the mere 1GB RAM gets pointed out. Other than the tablet does 10 hours of HD video playback, so your work, gaming and entertainment needs are taken care of. The tablet comes with the usual package - Wifi, Bluetooth 4.0 and MicroUSB 2.0. The internal storage is 16GB and expandable upto 32GB. You can preorder your Note 7 but the stylus doesn't come included. Not so smooth Nvidia. All-in-all, its a great tablet and probably the best for under $200.
