Soon Facebook To Launch Save Content And View Later Button

Social Networking Giant Facebook has announced to extend the closing of its deal for the acquisition of WhatsApp by a year. Facebook has signed the $19 billion deal to acquire the instant messaging App WhatsApp in February this year and is still expected to take a year to close the deal.

The California based company have agreed to pay a huge amount of termination fee, $1 billion in cash and $1 billion in stock options if it fails to close the deal in time. Facebook said that it will complete the closing conditions by the end of 2014 and completely acquire WhatsApp by Aug 19 2015.
The Mark ZuckerBerg company said that its biggest acquisition so far will not affect the brand of WhatsApp. This deal with a huge transaction will boost and increase the world's largest social networking presence by 450 million users of WhatsApp.

Finally Facebook has added a Save button as its new feature. The users now will be available to save data and View it later. This Save button has been added in the News Feed so you can bookmark posts,pages,links, and more for later view. All the saved content will be saved in a list manner in a separate folder and the saved content is private i.e only the person who saved the data ca view it. Facebook says that the new button will be available for Android/iOS, web users soon.
