Google in collaboration with Taiwan's Asus launched today its Chrome OS HDMI stick. This gadget is fully capable of converting your Old TV into a smart chrome OS TV like a unleashed smart TV. Google has posted this update on this blog chrome.blogspot.in stating the quality and benefits of Chromebit.
Google has also annouced the price of this device as low as of just $100. They said "Smaller than a candy bar, the Chromebit is a full computer that will be available for less than $100". Although they have not yet released the detailed specifications of this device but we are searching those details and will you on this topic as early as possible. But as of now, we can say this device can convert any display offering HDMI into a PC.

The Chromebit is really just an extension of this idea. Equipped with much the same hardware as a Chromebook laptop, Sengupta (Vice president of Google) says, it’s more powerful than a Chromecast, which just means it’s better at running more applications. Google believes the devices—equipped with an HDMI port—will provide a way of quickly upgrading existing PCs and perhaps even accelerate the rise of computerized displays inside stores and restaurants.
