We all know that Google will always try to be first in the Internet business and for that, it usually give purchase offer to all the businesses working excellent in the market. So it would not be a surprise if Google wants to buy a online game streaming website.
Google wants to a website called twitch.tv at $1 billion. Twitch (or Twitch.tv) is a live streaming video platform focused on e-sports and video gaming. The website was launched in June 2011 by Justin.tv co-founders Justin Kan and Emmett Shear as a subsidiary of Justin.tv focused on gaming-related content.

According to internal analytics from 2013, there are over 43 million viewers on Twitch every month, with the average viewer watching an hour and a half a day. Presently the Alexa Rank of twitch is 252 with 1.43 million sessions daily.
Now there’s been talks of the acquisition for some time, but a date for purchase hasn’t been set. However, sources say that an agreement between both Big G and Twitch has been made, so it’s probably only a matter of time until the two companies work out the particulars.
