Google is constantly working on improvements of his biggest project called the Google Maps in terms of UI, street view, navigation, smart phone application, directions finder using GPS, etc. Today he released an update for iOS. Read on to know what it contains.
Google Maps for iOS now offers all its premium features such as directions, assisted GPS, My location grapping, embedded navigation and iOS 7 style User Interface. Along with that there are many two major things that was updated in this version (2.6.0). They are:
- During travel user will be notified when a faster route is available in navigation mode in the form of alert message making user to reach the destination early.
- Some bug fixes.
