Google voice now lets you call people using Hangouts without using Google+. Google one of the giants in technology is keeping its business up to date by updated and launching its new features daily. This new feature does not require a Google+ account and works even if you are not using Hangouts in Gmail.
Google seems to be making the right moves by providing this service because Google have always tried to make Hangouts all inclusive of messaging, calling and photo sending application. To use this option you have to visit the Google voice website and select the no you would like to call, then in the drop down menu Hangouts options will be available, this will integrate the voice calling option in you Hangouts. Now a separate window opens for Hangouts and you can now carry on your voice conversation.

Google's Alex Weisen, who works for Google voice shared this information a day before. By integrating Voice option, it looks like Google is planning to make Hangouts application for all you multiple messaging needs.
