Hi friends! Today we have come up with an interesting app called YouTube Kids. By making this app Google has created a kids-friendly version of their immensely popular video streaming services. Like most parents, you can also allow your kids to learn more and more about something they are interested in through YouTube Kids app. YouTube Kids is available for free on both the Google Play Store and iOS App Store.
This app features a list of kid-friendly videos, a set of parental controls, and a playful design. The app makes it safer and easier for children to find videos on topics they want to explore. Google has built a voice search in the app so that even if your child can’t spell or type, they can still find videos through voice. Now, parents can be rest assured knowing fully well that videos in the YouTube Kids app are narrowed down to content that are appropriate for kids. When you first launch the app, you will be given an option to set up some amount of parental controls. These will come in handy if you want to set a time limit for viewing videos, or disable the search functions. When a kid attempts to access any of the videos which is other than the one not in the selected category, an interface would get launched and asks for a grown-up-detecting PIN. That would essentially mean that the video is covered by password secured app.

Setting a timer will cause the app to lock your child out after he or she has viewed videos for the preset period of time you have fixed. This should be a great way to help kids learn moderation.
