A month after global launch, iPhone 7and 7 Plus has finally gone on sale in India from 7 PM I.S.T today. Apple has changed the launch a bit differently this time in India. Earlier years, Apple use to launch the iPhone at midnight which eagerly making fans to stand in queues up outside Apple stores.
This time around though, the smartphones are expected to become available to buy via online retailers and Apple Authorised brick and mortar resellers from 7 PM today, i.e. Oct 7.
Apple has done a partnership with Flipkart, Infibeam and Snapdeal for taking pre-orders from customers.

Under this agreement, Flipkart will source iPhones directly from Apple instead of third-party retailers. All those who pre-ordered their iPhones from Flipkart will get their devices delivered to their homes before 7 pm today.
