By default in windows operating system there is a user account named Administrator which is usually disabled and hidden in user account control panel. This is because computer contain another standard privileges user created during installation of operating system and
till that user is not deleted or destroyed Administrator user is by default kept disabled in the system. In order to enable it even though the other users are activate and signed in, you must follow the steps given below:

Procedure To Enable Administrator User In Any Windows Version
- Open my computer and right click on it to select manage.
- In computer management navigate through Local Users and Groups -> Users
- In users you will administrator. Right click and go to its properties as well and uncheck "Account is disabled".
- Log off your computer and you will administrator in Login page.
