Microsoft PowerPoint offers a wide variety of pre-installed themes to use for creating your presentation document. However, PowerPoint also allows users to insert a new custom background theme and insert your own templates for repeated usage and to share with others.
A proper theme or a template is the easiest way to create a design for your presentations. A well designed template can make your PowerPoint much faster and really helps you to present a professional image. There are many free PowerPoint themes and templates available to download online and can be inserted in your power point. Steps To Follow:
- Open the blank Microsoft power point presentation on to your computer.
- Right click on the upper left slide.
- Select the Format Background.
- Click on the picture or texture fill button.
- Click on to the file button.
- Select the background picture which you want to insert.
- Click on Apply to all button and close it.
- Then go to layout and select whatever type of layout you want to have.
- Finally you can type the content according to your layout type.
- Click on the upper left icon and select save as.
- Save the type as "power point template"
