Steps To Add New Domain To Existing Google Apps Account
STEP 1: Go to the URL admin.google.com and login with your Google Apps account. You will be redirected to the Admin Console page.
STEP 2: Locate “Domain” option in Admin Console page under more controls. Clicking on it redirects you to Domain page
STEP 3: Under Domain Page you can see all your domains and their details. Now click on add domain alias and enter your desired domain alias and click on continue to verify.
STEP 4: On clicking ADD A DOMAIN ALIAS you will be redirected to a text area wherien you enter the desired domain name.
STEP 5: Google requires verification of your ownership and hence verification process can be accomplished by the following recommended and alternate methods, whichever is best suited.
STEP 6: Finally, add Mail Exchange Records of Google to your Domain Name Server to connect the domains. You can find Google MX records online easily.
STEP 7: Following all these steps will verify and add your new domain. Next step would be using the alias name in Gmail. You can go in Gmail Account settings to make you desired changes.
