All the small and large Companies have FTP accounts dedicated with different FTP users which is secured via 128 or 256 bit SSL* certificate. The windows FTP users usually use
the free FTP client known as FileZilla to access their web space but do not have any technical knowledge of configuring their account with FileZilla. For that purpose we came up with this post. Steps To Access FTP Account Via FileZilla Open Source Software
Step 1
Download FileZilla according to your system configuration.
Step 2
Download the XML file from your web hosting portal.
Step 3
Open the FileZilla software after installation.
Step 4
Select the Import option from the File menu (File ⇀ Import).
Step 5
Select the XML file you have just downloaded and click OK.

Step 6
Click the OK button on the resulting Import Settings window.
Step 7
Click OK on the resulting Import Successful window.
Step 8
To open a connection to your FTP server, select the Site Manager feature from the File menu (File ⇀ Site Manager).
Step 9
Select your domain from the Select Entry menu.
Step 10
Click the Connect button to connect to your FTP server.
