Microsoft is yet to release the full version of Windows 10 for its Mobile Phones. The Technical Preview of Windows 10 is now available for download. This is a preview version of the upcoming Windows 10 for Phones. You can download this if you want to try a new operating system on your Windows Phone device.
The work on preview is still in progress, so do not prefer this update if you are planning this update on your primary phone. Currently only following six Lumia phones can download and install Windows 10 Technical Preview for phones. More phones will be supported in future, but for now only users of the phones listed below can try Windows 10 Technical Preview.

Steps On How to Download and Install Windows 10 Technical Preview for Mobile Phones
1.Click Get Started to sign up for the programme->Enter your Outlook.com email address and password->Click Sign in->Read the terms of service-> check I accept the terms of this agreement->Click Submit.
2. Scroll down and click Phone->Click Get the preview.
3. Download the Windows Insider app on your Windows Phone device. Now open the app and sign in using your Microsoft account. After signing-in Click on Get preview builds.
4. Here you'll have to choose between receiving OS updates. Tap Insider Fast to stay on the bleeding edge or pick Insider Slow if you'd like a slightly more reliable build. Take a look at all the warnings and then Click Accept.
5. Tap the Windows button on your phone->Go to Settings > Phone Update->Click Check for updates.
Congratulations, Now you will be able to download the latest Windows 10 builds for your Smartphone.
