HP has launched its ElitePad900 on Thursday, the 7th April, 2013 in India. Giving a brief outline of the new Pad, Mr Sunish Raghavan, Head, HP India, Printing & Personal Systems Group (Commercial PC Category) that this gadget is aimed for Indian market and would
strive for market-share of Small Office Home Office and SMBs segment. This 10.3 inches tablet is ultra-thin, quite light in handling – just 630 grams – with diagonal display measuring at 9.2 mm, and is designed for Windows 8.The Expansion Jacket includes integrated keyboard, connectivity ports, SD Card Reader and adjustable viwing angles. Further, with latest intel mobile processor (intelx86), it provides compatibility for existing business application support.
The gadget is equipped with a 1080-front facing video camera and 8-MP rear camera with LED flash. It appears to be an excellent handy piece. The price of course is high - Rs 43,500 for the Indian market. Time would say if the product is popular and acceptable amongst the gadget users.
