This is much similar to the HP Envy x2 that was introduced last year. The gadget is here to succeed and meet the need of those people who never compromise for a tablet or a laptop.
Hewlett-Packard has come up with an HP Split x2 which is an upgrade version of Envy x2. Here in the new launch, instead of using the Atom processor the company has used Intel x2 which comes with an option of 3rd Generation Intel Core i3 or i5 processors. Before this model it was 11.6-inch and now it has become a 13.3-inch screen. Although the resolution remains the same at 1366x768 but it has made little changes in storage capacity. HP Split x2 comes with up to 128GB SSD storage.

The gadget features a Beats audio sound with dual-speakers, 8-megapixel rear shooter and a front camera with full-HD video recording capability. It also features a 2 GB of RAM that can be upgradeable. When it comes to connectivity options it has Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, but no NFC. The Split x2 is equipped with a keyboard dock that includes a MicroSD reader and a Combo audio jack. It has one USB 3.0 port with a USB 2.0 port, HDMI port and a SD card slot. The laptop also includes 500GB of hard disk storage.
