Hyundai earlier unveiled the new Android Wear version of Blue Link Car monitoring app at CES 2015 in January. It has now finally launched the Android Wear app on Google Play and it is available for download. The Smartwatch app has been developed in partnership with Station Digital Media.
This Android Wear app is another impressive advancement in the automaker's Blue Link system that allows car owners to monitor and control their cars remotely. Hyundai already launched the Blue Link App for Smartphones which has more features when compared with the Blue Link Android Wear Smartwatch App. The Android Wear app supports Smartwatches made by Companies like Samsung, Motorola, Sony and LG. The Blue Link Smartwatch app will be compatible with first and next generation Blue Link-equipped Hyundai models. You need to Log into the app with your MyHyundai.com ID, Password and PIN to take advantage of Blue Link’s remote access features. Also an active Blue Link subscription is required to use the app

Some of the cars that feature Blue Link support are 2012 Sonata, 2015 Genesis, Sonata and Azera. Next generation models include the upcoming Elantra GT and Veloster.
