Lenovo – a world renowned PC company and a leading smartphone manufacturer – has recently unveiled its latest product. The company’s smartphone K4 Note has been formally launched on the 5th of this month at New Delhi. The high-tech phone – successor to its popular K3 Note - is equipped with quite some useful features, which may make a perceptible dent in the present mobile market in India and abroad.
The dual-SIM K4 Note, weighing 158 gram, has Android’s 5.1 operating system with Vibe UI, and has a diameter of 153.60 mm x 76.50 mm x 9.10 mm. It has 5.5-inch FHD IPS display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. The smartphone is powered by 64-bit octa-core MediaTex MT6753 processor. It also has 3GB of LP DDR3 RAM and 16 GB of internal storage. The memory can however be expanded up to 128 GB through a microSD card. The gadget is equipped with the features usually available in present-day smartphones, like Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, NFC, FM, 3G, 4G, etc. It is also not only equipped with sensors like proximity sensor, ambient light sensor, accelerometer sensor, etc., but has also Fingerprint scanner and Dolby sound speakers. In line with the existing trend, the phone carries a 13 MP PDAF F2.2 ISO cell rear camera with dual LED flash, while the front camera has a 5 megapixel lens. The phone has a non-removable battery of 3300 mAh that may last long.

The phone would be available for first flash sale on January 19th at Amazon.in. The proposed price of Rs 11,999 is considered to be in sync with the market trend. While it is difficult to foresee the gadget’s acceptability in the Indian market, we believe, it would give tough competition to the smartphones of this price-range.
