Following this as per Satya Nandella's new statement last week Nandella circulated a memo to the employees promising to flatten the organization and develop learner business environment. These reductions could be in Nokia's unit and parts of Microsoft unit that integrates with that business.
Since integrating with the handset business of Nokia, Microsoft has 1,27,000 employees far more than its rivals Google and Apple. So the reports says that Nadella might make many cuts.
