Over last couple of days screenshots that purport to be from an early build of windows 9, with a reborn start menu running on the desktop showed off at its build conference in April. Another screenshot shows metro application in a window on the desktop but with a different set of tiles indicating that the metro portion of the windows 9 start menu will be customizable as the same way of current version of windows 8.
Microsoft will reportedly introduce windows 9 this fall, according to report from Russian hacker group Wzor, which revealed the information on a forum last week. Earlier toady IB Times Uk also reported a leaked screenshot of windows 9 and it features the good old Start button with a minor change design.
Apart from this, Microsoft will also cut mainstream support for windows 7, the operating
system that is currently present on more than half of the world during January 2015. Users of operating system will have to depend on Microsoft extended support which will bring them security fixes at no cost.
