Motorola has launched the Moto Maxx Smartphone on Wednesday. The company has announced that the Moto Maxx will be available in the market from Wednesday, in Brazil from the company's online store. Company has not declared the availability in India yet. Motorola has also confirmed that the Smartphone will reach American countries soon. It has been priced at BRL 2,199 that is approximately Rs. 54,000 in Indian currency.
The new launch is much similar to the global variant of the recently launched Droid Turbo. The Moto Maxx features a layer of DuPont Kevlar Fibre, and it is claimed to be protected inside, with a water-repellent Nano-Coating. It comes with identical specifications as the Droid Turbo. On the issue of specifications of the Smartphone, the gadget features Android 4.4.4 KitKat operating system and a 5.2-inch QHD - 1440x2560 pixels display offering a pixel density of 565ppi. The gadget has come up with a Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protective layer and a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 processor clocked at 2.7GHz. The Moto Maxx is equipped with an Adreno 420 GPU and 3GB of RAM, a 21-megapixel rear auto-focus camera with f/2.0 aperture and dual-LED flash, and a 2-megapixel front camera.

As far as connectivity options are concerned, it comes with 4G LTE with LTE Cat 4, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Micro-USB, and GSM/ EDGE/ HSPA. As mentioned above, the Smartphone comes only in one storage variant - 64GB. It is packed with a massive 3900 mAh battery, the biggest amongst some of the high-end Smartphones. The Moto Maxx has dimensions 143.5x73.3x11.2mm, while it measures 8.3mm at the thinnest. It weighs 176 grams.
