We are back to the era when lower ended phones are increasingly getting popular with the beginners. Most of such low cost phones are Chinese made gadgets proving to be sturdy enough for the entry level users.
A low cost mobile from a reputed brand would certainly have an edge in its acceptability as compared to the ubiquitous Chinese gadgets flooded in the electronic market. Well, here is that: Nokia 130 Dual SIM launched today, on the 27th day of October 2014, available at less than INR 2,000.00 – to be specific, Rs 1,749 flat. This is a 1.8 inch display DUAL SIM phone which runs on S30+ Operating System In fact, the acceptability of double-SIM phones has increased of late. Nokia has kept this requirement of the customers in view. The phone is welcome for the music lovers – especially those who are tuned to music most of the time. The built in music system provides non-stop 46 hours and 16 hours of music playback and video playback respectively with a single full recharge of its 1020 MAh battery. The 32 GB memory card that has been provided for in the gadget, one can store as many as 6000 songs in one go. Good indeed.

That is not all. The features include 36 days standby time and 13 hours talk time on 2G. If the claims, as made by the manufacturer is correct, the gadget is certainly value for money. The other significant features are its blue-tooth enabled applications, flash light, stereo FM radio and USB connectivity. The phone is available in three varieties – Red, Black and White.
There are certain limitations as well. The mobile phone has no camera facility. Picture-viewing is reportedly not available and so storing and viewing photos will not be possible. It further does not have any Java support seriously limiting its utility to many. The phone book has a limitation of 500 entries. Despite these limitations, it is considered to be a good buy, more so for an entry level phone user.
