Microsoft has launched its affordable 4G smartphone in India called the Nokia Lumia 638. The Smartphone is priced at Rs. 8,299 and the gadget is on sale vai Amazon. In India it will come with Cat. 4 LTE support for bands. It is touted as the most reasonable 4G phone with Windows Phone 8.1, the Lumia 638 will be competing against a range high specification smartphones under the category.
The Smartphone features a 4.5-inch FWVGA that is 480x854 pixels clear-black LCD display with Gorilla Glass 3. It has come up with a 1.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 SoC and 1GB of RAM. The Smartphone is equipped with a 5-megapixel rear autofocus camera but there no front-facing camera. It also has a 8GB of built-in storage capacity that is expandable via microSD card up to 128GB. This Lumia 368 is powered by an 1830mAh battery. The new Smartphone also come with an exclusive offer on Airtel 4G. Consumers on Airtel postpaid in Bengaluru will get up to 5GB of free data on 4G for 2 months post activation of their Airtel connection on the new Lumia 638, and the offer will be available until March 31, 2015.

Said that, "With the Lumia range we have always focussed on delivering new experiences and features to our consumers at affordable price points.
