Nokia has been quite busy promoting its 41MP Carl Zeiss optics, Windows Phone 8 smartphone and you know what we are talking about, yes its the Nokia Lumia 1020. But there's a sibling to this behemoth that didn't quite make it into the spotlight. Enter Nokia Lumia 925. Originally released for US and UK but now available in India too.
Nokia which had originally planned to release this phone only in the US and European countries has now decided to release it in India as well and comes with a price tag and specifications very similar to its very widely known predecessor: Nokia Lumia 920. What distinguishes this from the Lumia 920 is that Nokia had decided to trim its waist and give an aluminium finish thereby producing the Lumia 925. Other than that the Nokia Lumia 925 has the same 1.5Ghz Dual Core Snapdragon S4 CPU with Qualcommm Snapdragon MSM8960 chipset powered by Adreno 225 GPU. Ironically it comes with same amount of juice:2000mAH battery like the 920. But here is the main difference, the screen. Nope there's no bump in the screen size( we wish though), just the type of the screen used, an AMOLED version with 1280x720 resolution plays at the top.

Just like the 920, the 925 also has a 8.7MP Carl Zeiss lens with OIS built-in and an f/2.0 lens for great low light photography. It features all the bells and whistles of the 920 plus some added featured like it comes with the Amber update which allows to listen to radio, added camera features like Nokia SmartCam any many others. All in all the Nokia Lumia 925 is a great phone for those looking for a solid build quality with the latest features Microsoft has to offer for its users with the Windows Phone 8 GDR3 update.
