Amber firmware update comes with 4 major upgradation. They are 1) Nokia Smart Camera 2) Nokia Glance Screen 3) FM Radio 4) Flip It whose detailed information is given below and more over this update tried to increase the speed of the processor by making software more and more light weight, optimized and last but not least more user friendly. To download, go to phone update in setting and check for update and if it is available then download and install the firmware.

What's New In Amber Update?
1. Nokia Smart Camera
With nokia smart camera you can take sequence of photos of your motion and choose the best shot among them.

2. Nokia Glance Screen
Nokia glance screen came back again with lumia amber update. i.e. you can see all your notifications, profile setting, date and time at a glance without actually hitting the power button. Bad news is that Glance screen is not available for lumia 520.
3. FM Radio
Nokia Lumia Amber update is back with old time entertainment of FM Radio by keeping in mind that old is gold. Nokia users were amazed when they did not find FM Radio in their device with earlier firmware, but now they are happy except the Lumia 620, Lumia 810 and Lumia 928 users as FM Radio is not available for these devices.
4. Flip it
With Flip it feature you can keep the phone in silent mode by just fliping the screen down when an incoming call occurs.
