One Plus will be offered for sale for the first time in India on Tuesday without any invites via Amazon.in. The announcement was made by the company on Twitter. It would be an open sale for the One-plus-One Smartphone in India that will begin at 10 am IST on Tuesday. The company declares the open sale to celebrate the completion of 10 weeks of OnePlus in India.

Here the open sale for the One-plus-One Smartphone means that consumers will not need to seek any invite to purchase the handset during the sale. The company has not however given any information on the number of units that are available for grab on Tuesday. Speaking on the celebration of ten week completion sale the Amazon.in said âThe sale would be for limited quantity which is expected to stock out quickly given the high demand for the phoneâ. According to the company, in 2014 One-plus-One achieved a sale figure of 39 percent of the total sale of Smartphones in East Asia regions (including China, Taiwan, Hong Kong), followed by 32 percent, 22 percent and 7 percent in Europe (including Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, the UK), North America (including Canada and the USA) and India respectively.
To popularise it more, OnePlus had launched its flagship One Smartphone in India at Rs. 21,999 that is a 64GB version. The One Smartphone has earlier been put on sale in limited number of countries. According to a report OnePlus revealed that it sold close to 1 million OnePlus One Smartphone by the end of 2014.
