Sandisk Corporation, the global leader in flash memory storage solutions, has come out with a new wireless mobile storage device, called SanDisk Connect Wireless Stick. It is basically a high-ended Wi-Fi flash drive with a fairly sleek look that offers a number of additional features, like auto backup of images, videos from camera roll, etc. This high capacity flash drive with wireless technology is not only easy to operate but is compatible with virtually every operating system, like iOS, Android, Windows, etc. It could thus prove quite useful in the present context for fast and efficient data transfer and storage wirelessly.
SanDisk Connect Wireless Stick is a USB 2.0 drive and can operate with computers, tablets and smartphones. It is capable of streaming content to three different devices simultaneously. It can also be used to manage files wirelessly between different devices running diverse operating systems. The user can wirelessly not only access media or transfer large files but can also save and share photos and videos; or even stream HD videos and music (up to three at a time) to and from mobile devices.

SanDisk Connect Wireless Stick does not need any internet connection. It however supports WPA2 which enables Wi-Fi network password protection. The stick has been brought out in four different capacities – 16 GB, 32 GB, 64 GB and 132 GB. It will be available on sale in India through Flipkart from the 28th September and will be priced in the range of Rs 2,790 to Rs 9,490, depending on the capacity of the device.
