Compact, easy to carry and good looking - this cube shaped small wireless speaker of the dimension of 61x61x61 mm is weighing just 215 gram. It has both, good output quality and long battery-life. In fact, it has powerful sound in compact form (10W) which can play uninterruptedly for almost 12 long hours.
Sony is well known for the quality of its sound system. The sound quality of this particular device is no exception. Despite the smallness of the speaker, the volume can be exceptionally loud. Apart from the two modes it flaunts - Double-mode (2 x Mono) and Stereo-mode (left and right pairing) – the speaker has the facility for one-touch wireless listening through Bluetooth and NFC. Without any need of cords or tangles, it can be switched on by a simple tap. The device is easy to pair up with your smartphone. It has Audio-in as also hand-free calling facility that makes the speaker quite comfortable to handle.

Sony’s craftsmanship is apparent: the design is simply brilliant and the build quality is remarkable. One gets a pleasant feel with the device’s rubberised material. The top side has volume, power and call receive button while the three sides show the speaker grille. The fourth side has a micro-USB charging port and AUX (3.5 mm Audio-in. While it is primarily to enjoy music, one can use it as a speaker phone as well. The maximum retail price indicated for the device is Rs 5,490 though it can be purchased on-line at around Rs 4,400. Despite all the above plus factors, we believe, the present price is still a bit too expensive for the Indian market.
