Looks like folks owning a windows phone will be having a great christmas especially with all the love from devs that's pouring in in the form of apps and games everyday. Each day you see new apps and games that were always begged for this year have finally begun to show up on the windows phone and this continues with Temple Run 2 being released and now available for download. Yes it may have been almost a year since it was released on iOS and Android but what can we say, devs port the games as soon as they can. Other than that, Temple Run 2 is very familiar with all of you especially with the WP8 owners since they must have played this game over their friends or family's cell phone and always sighed how much they loved the game. Like said before, the game is now available for FREE on the Windows Phone Store but with a little restriction. Yeah, right now the game supports only 1GB RAM devices but Joe Bellfiore confirmed that support for 512MB devices is on its way and will be available soon.

Temple Run 2 is the much acclaimed sequel to the original Temple Run that pretty much started the endless running genre on the mobile platform. It (ahem) runs on a new engine and features completely revamped visuals and some new gameplay mechanics while retaining the basics of its predecessor. For devices like Lumia 1520 and 1020 you get the ability to set the graphics to max. We are not quite sure if rest of the devices(1GB RAM devices) have this option. So wait no longer, go ahead run and catch the cursed idol.
