Discontinued in 2013, the all new Honda Jazz is back in India with an all new design, engine and transmission options. The design of new Jazz is based on Honda's new ‘EXCITING H DESIGN’ design technology and global design philosophy. The new Jazz 2015 looks very young and sporty. The price of this new car is in between Rs 5.30 Lakhs to 8.59 Lakhs (Ex showroom price) in the Indian market.
Engine & Performance:
The Honda Jazz is available in two engine options. The first variant uses the same old 1.2 liter i-VTEC engine which produces maximum power of about 88.75 BHP and maximum torque of about 110 NM. The engine is perfect for a powerful drive and performance, but it lacks the mileage factor which is considered by more than 90 percent of the customers. The other variant has a 1498 cc diesel engine which is carried from the Honda City and Amaze. This engine is very responsive and powerful. The most important thing is that it returns mileage of about 27.3 kmpl which is very surprising. The engine produces maximum power of about 98.6 BHP and 200 NM of torque. This car has 6-speed manual transmission. The automatic transmission option is available in petrol variant.

Exterior:
Honda Jazz has always been best in design when compared to the others in the segment. The shiny black grill on the new Jazz with the small chrome lining below makes it a decent looking hatchback. There are no extraordinary cuts and curves which makes it an ideal choice for versatile age groups. It looks bigger than most of the competitors and it is also more spacious than others. The new version has many more changes, making it more attractive and good looking than before. The front slightly looks like the Honda City whereas the rear has a totally different design, with chrome lining running through the body width above the license plate, with the Honda symbol in its center.
