Technology in recent days is reaching a lot of people, one reason being the affordability provided to people which allows them to buy high end devices in pretty affordable prices. DxO One is the latest instance of such scenario which lets your iPhone’s/iPad’s camera to capture DSLR-quality images.
Phone-connected camera concept was earlier used in Sony phones but the lenses usually were rather big. DxO compliments the iPhone’s beauty with its stylish petite design and when plugged in into Lightning connector, turns the camera to 20-megapixel with 1-inch sensor. It has powerful f1.8 aperture lens and is light sensitive resulting in wonderful photography.

Weighing in at 3.8 oz (108g), the DxO ONE is smaller than RX100 and is about 1-inch thick. It sports 1-inch CMOS BSI sensor which is used by Nikon mirrorless camera. It captures 1080P HD videos (Both RAW+JPEG) at 30 fps and 720P at 120 fps. The shutter speed is rather fast (15s to 1/8000s) and also provides different shooting modes.
The dimensions are 2.7 x 1.9 x 1 in/67.3 x 48.3 x 25.4mm and the lightweight makes it easy to carry along with good grip when it is connected. The connecter mount can rotate 60 degrees in all directions. This device does not have its display for photo review but when connected to phone, turns phone to display screen.
