Now that you have Windows 10 installed on your PC/Laptop, it is advisable to keep yourself abreast with some of the issues you may face while using it. While it may not be possible to list out all the probable problems one would face while operating the Windows, we are discussing here a few of the issues which might creep up for the new users.
One major problem with Windows 10 is the forced system updates, which is more like force feeding. Quite some users do not relish the idea and resent the approach. They do not obviously get a choice, and for them it amounts to thrusting the updates down their throat, whether they like it or not. To be fair to Microsoft, it has genuine concerns about security element, and these updates do strengthen the security features. There are unfortunately no solution to this, unless the user decides to upgrade it to Windows 10’s business version.
Another major issue is in regard to Chrome browser. In some cases, the Chrome functions erratic and at other times, it crashes without giving any notice. One way out is to go for Microsoft Edge. If you are not very comfortable with Edge or want to retain Chrome only, the possible solution is to uninstall and reinstall the browser. While reinstalling Chrome, please ensure that it contains the least of extensions. You should preferably remove all such extensions which do not have immediate use or little utility.
Some users have complained of system crash showing the ‘blue screen of death’. If you find yourself in such a situation, the best solution is to reset your computer by visiting the Recovery section of Settings. You may look for “Reinstall” in the search tool in the Start Menu and click on “Remove everything and Reinstall Windows.” A word of caution here – please do take the backup of your documents before attempting any re-installation.
