Xiaomi a chinese smartphone maker is now into consumer electronics market with the launch of new Smart TV called the Mi TV 2 with Android operating system packed with 4K video play back. Mi TV 2 is a successor of Mi TV launched by the company earlier.
Xiaomi Mi TV 2 features a 40 Inch SHARP SDP X-GEN display panel with full HD resolution and LED backlight mode with 5000:1 contrast ratio. Android operating system runs smoothly with quad core 1.45 GHz MStar 6A908 mobile chipset paired with Mali-450 GPU for graphics. On the launch event, Xiaomi Mi TV 2 has given a good gaming experience with 1.5 GB DDR3 RAM followed by 8 GB onboard storage.

By default it runs the MIUI TV operating system based on Android. Xiaomi recently promised to bring the Mi TV in India and that’s how India might be one of the major markets after China to get this new 40-inch Full HD Mi TV 2 model.
